For most of my career, I have worked in roles centered around organization, communication, hospitality, and helping people navigate complicated situations with confidence and care. With a degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management, my professional background has taken me through Broadway productions, nonprofit leadership, hospitality, fundraising, and executive support.  These experiences ultimately led me to creating Daughter Next Door.

Early in my career, I worked in the arts alongside respected Broadway producers and managers, supporting productions including The Book of Mormon, Driving Miss Daisy, GRACE, King Charles III and many more. These roles required discretion, attention to detail, scheduling, logistics, and the ability to keep many moving pieces organized at once. Skills that continue to shape the way I support clients and families today.

 

My years living in the British Virgin Islands further deepened my understanding of service, community, and leadership. As Executive Creative Director for Virgin Islands Search and Rescue, I helped lead fundraising and creative initiatives during some of the territory’s most difficult moments, including recovery efforts following Hurricane Irma and the COVID-19 pandemic. Those experiences strengthened my ability to remain calm under pressure, problem-solve quickly, communicate clearly, and support people during uncertain times.

 

In 2022, I launched Purpose Driven Consultants, where I worked closely with nonprofits and purpose-driven businesses to help simplify operations, organize priorities, and bring ideas to life. Throughout my career, whether in entertainment, hospitality, nonprofit leadership, or consulting, the common thread has always been people: helping others feel supported, informed, and cared for.
